At Numum, we want every shopping experience to be worry-free for you and your little one. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we wonβt be able to process returns after 7 days.
β Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer
β Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Feeding accessories (e.g., bottles, silicone feeders, pacifiers, spoons)
- Teethers & soothers
- Baby bedding and pillows
- Diapers and wipes
- Opened personal care or hygiene items
- Gift cards and discount vouchers
- Digital or downloadable products
- Items bought during a clearance sale or under special discounts

Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- Contact your card provider β some delays are normal

We exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.

π Gift Returns
If the item was a gift:
- You’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return
- If it was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go back to the original purchaser
π Return Shipping Info
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect/damaged
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
